Hi, I'm Eric Myers. I was born in California, and raised in Washington state. My father was in the Navy, so we moved several times. I am a retired Air Force veteran with half my time on active duty and the remaining time in the Air National Guard. I was stationed in Maryland, Germany, Oklahoma, the United Kingdom, and California. I traveled to places like Greece, Italy, Honduras, Japan. and many other places. I think at one time I figured that I had traveled to 39 US states and 34 counties. I entered Microsoft in 1991 as a software tester working in several groups such as the International Products Group, Fonts, Word, Office and Developer instructional materials. I spent time at FedEx and moved on to Seagull Scientific as the Technical Support Manager. I left Seagull in the fall of 2025 and I'm currently looking for a new challenge in my life.
